SELF RETURN The return process is simple. Please follow the steps below to return your purchase:
*After the return label is generated, you will have 15 days to ship out item(s) before the return label expires.
RETURN POLICY We want to make sure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you would like to return any items for a refund, you will have THIRTY (30) DAYS from the date of delivery to return items you are unhappy with.
We offer free return shipping for the continental US, Alaska and Hawaii.
If the return package qualifies for a refund, your refund will be processed within 10-14 days from the date of return delivery. The refund is issued back to the original form of payment.

We reserve the right to reject a return if the item returned does not meet our requirements. However, you are entitled that your non-refundable merchandise be shipped back to you, at your own cost, within 14 days after being notified.
Unfortunately, we do not process exchanges. You may return for a refund or credit and place a new order for the style, color and size of your choice.
Items marked as FINAL SALE cannot be returned. Nail polish and fragrance are final sale and cannot be returned due to restrictions by the Department of Transportation.
Returns are expected to be received back to us within THIRTY (30) days from receiving your order. Returns outside of this period are accepted at our discretion for store credit only.
You may return your online purchases in-stores. You must bring your order invoice in order for the store to issue a refund.
RETURNING A GIFT
Returns with a gift receipt will be refunded for store credit only for the value indicated on the gift receipt. Gift cards cannot be refunded.
