We want to make sure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you would like to return any items for a refund, you will have THIRTY (30) DAYS from the date of delivery to return items you are unhappy with.

If the return package qualifies for a refund, your refund will be processed within 10-14 days from the date of return delivery. If you are based outside the United States we are unable to provide a return shipping label, you will be responsible for any shipping fees, additional taxes and applicable duties. No returns will be accepted without prior approval. Please contact our customer service team by emailing helpdesk@evestemptation.com if you have any further questions.

All product you wish to return:

  • Must be sent back with the Merchandise Return Form completed, that is included with your order;
  • Must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unaltered and in the same condition in which it was received;
  • Must have all original tags and stickers intact;
  • Must have all of its parts and accessories, including but not limited to: hangers, dust bags, etc.;
  • Must be in its original packaging.

*Due to sanitary reasons and CA law, we are unable to accept returns intimates where the garment tag has been cut or removed as well as cosmetics. Thus Items not in new, unworn and unused condition will be rejected during the sanitary inspection.

Please note that exceptions may apply, for this reason you should always check a particular item’s product page to verify whether it’s returnable. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to revise the list of non-returnable items at any time.

If all of these conditions are satisfied, we will refund the value of the returned product(s) plus sales tax back to the original method of payment:

  • If you paid by credit card or debit card, we will issue the refund back to your original card. Please contact your card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be shown on your account.
  • If you made the purchase using a Gift Card, the amount will be refunded to you as gift card value by email.

We will not issue full refunds for returns that do not satisfy all of the conditions indicated above; provided, however, that you will have the option to request within thirty (30) days of being notified that you are not entitled to a refund that your merchandise be shipped back to you, at your own cost, in the condition in which it was received. If you do not request the return of your merchandise within said thirty-day period, you authorize provider, and any of its affiliates or agents, to dispose of such merchandise as it sees fit.

Unfortunately, we do not process exchanges. You may return for a refund or credit and place a new order for the style, color and size of your choice.

Items returned must be in a new and unused condition with all tags, original packaging, and accessories attached. We reserve the right to reject a return if the item returned does not meet our requirements.

Swimwear should be tried on over underwear. We only accept returns for items that are unwashed, unstained, undamaged, unaltered and with all original parts attached. Items that do not qualify for a full refund may be given a store credit. Eve by Eve reserves the right to reject a return if the item returned does not meet the requirements.

Please try on shoes on a soft surface so that the soles will not be scratched. Returns Must include the dust bag and the original shoe box. Please put the shoe box in the original shipping box, covered by the extra poly bag we provide along with the package to avoid damage during shipping.

Cosmetics, skincare and body care products must be returned unused, unopened and in their original packaging to qualify for full refund. Please note that nail polish and fragrance are final sale and cannot be returned due to restrictions by the Department of Transportation.

Online Return Procedure:
The return process is simple. Please follow the steps below to return your purchase:

  1. Contact customer service by phone at 855-844-0545, email at helpdesk@evestemptation.com or via live chat to request a return shipping label or request a label using online self return system(please use the link on top of this page).
  2. Complete the Merchandise Return Form that was included with your order and enclose it with your return package. Please note the reason(s) for return. Pack and seal the Merchandise Return Form with the merchandise you wish to return securely in the original box.
  3. Paste the label to the outside of your return package.
  4. Drop off your return package at any USPS/Fedex location, depending on the original shipping method that was used. Please allow 10 to 14 days for the processing of your return.

You can send items back to us at the above address using any other trackable/insured shipping method. Unfortunately due to customs rules are unable to provide return labels for orders outside of the US and we cannot accept COD returns.

In-Store Returns
You may return your online purchases to Eve’s Temptation flagship store at 400 S Baldwin Ave J7, Arcadia, CA 91007. You must bring your order invoice along with the return form in order for the store to send the packages back to our main office to process and notify the accounting department to issue the refund. The store can only refund orders that were purchased in the store. Orders purchased online will be refunded by the accounting department in the main office. Please note, we will only issue a refund if all of the conditions are correctly satisfied.

Returns with a gift receipt will be exchanged or refunded for store credit for the value indicated on the gift receipt. Gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged.

Returns are expected to be received back to us within THIRTY (30) days from receiving your order. Returns outside of this period are accepted at our discretion for store credit.

Returns are worry-free. We strive to make your experience as smooth as possible. However, we do monitor the number of returns made and may refuse to accept orders at our discretion if goods are returned repeatedly.
