RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

SELF RETURN The return process is simple. Please follow the steps below to return your purchase:

  1. Create free return label
  2. Include the Order Receipt with the merchandise you wish to return.
  3. Affix the label to the outside of your return package.
  4. Drop off your package at any location, depending on the label carrier.


**After the return label is generated, you will have 15 days to ship out item(s) before the return label expires.

If the returns qualify for a refund, your refund will be processed within 10-14 days from the return delivery date. The refund will be issued back to the original form of payment.*

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY We want to make sure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. In any case, you are not, you can return/exchange your order.

Please note that our return/exchange policy at our retail stores differs from the online return policy.

To return any Eve’s Temptation purchase:

  • You will have 30 DAYS from the date of delivery to return your online orders back to the online store or to any Eve’s Temptation store for a refund.
  • You will have 14 DAYS from the purchase date to return in-store purchases back to any Eve’s Temptation store for a refund.

To return any Eve by Eve’s purchase:

  • You will have 30 DAYS from the date of delivery to return your online order back to the online store for a refund or return to any Eve by Eve’s store for an exchange only.
  • You will have 14 DAYS from the purchase date to return in-store purchases back to any Eve by Eve’s store only for credit towards your account.

(Eve by Eve’s stores will only accept exchanges or refund in form of a credit towards your account. Account balance will be reflected in your Eve by Eve’s account and redeemable for 90 days from the date balance is received.)

NOTE: Online orders are NOT eligible for exchanges. You may return Eve’s Temptation merchandise for a refund or credit and place a new order for the style, color and size of your choice.

We offer free return shipping for the continental US, excluding Alaska and Hawaii.

All products (Eve’s Temptation and Eve By Eve’s) you wish to return:

  • Must be sent back with the order invoice that is included with your order;
  • Must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unaltered and in the same condition in which it was received;
  • Must have all original tags and stickers intact;
  • Must have all of its parts and accessories, including but not limited to: hangers, dust bags, etc.;
  • Must be in its original packaging.
    *Due to sanitary reasons and CA law, we are unable to accept returns intimates where the garment tag has been cut or removed as well as cosmetics. Thus these items will be rejected during the sanitary inspection.


We reserve the right to reject a return if the item returned does not meet our requirements. However, you are entitled that your non-refundable merchandise be shipped back to you, at your own cost, within 14 days after being notified.

Unfortunately, we do not process exchanges. You may return for a refund or credit and place a new order for the style, color and size of your choice.


FINAL SALE
Items marked as FINAL SALE cannot be returned. Nail polish and fragrance are final sale and cannot be returned due to restrictions by the Department of Transportation.


LATE RETURNS
Online: Returns are expected to be received back to us within THIRTY (30) days from receiving your order. Returns outside of this period are accepted at our discretion for credit towards your account balance only.

In-Store: Returns are expected to be received back to us within FOURTEEN (14) days from receiving your order.


RETURNING A GIFT
Returns with a gift receipt will be refunded to your account balance only for the value indicated on the gift receipt. Gift cards cannot be refunded.

SHIPPING TO CANADA & RETURN POLICY Shipping is free on orders over $100, otherwise, $10 shipping fee will be charged.

Your order will be delivered within 7-10 business days. (Excluding processing time)

Returns made within 30 days from Canada will be issued a full refund. Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs.
