SELF RETURN The return process is simple. Please follow the steps below to return your purchase:
**After the return label is generated, you will have 15 days to ship out item(s) before the return label expires.
If the returns qualify for a refund, your refund will be processed within 10-14 days from the return delivery date. The refund will be issued back to the original form of payment.*
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY We want to make sure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. In any case you are not, you can return/exchange your order.
Please note that our return/exchange policy at our retail stores differs from the online return policy.

Account balance will be reflected in your Eve by Eve’s account and redeemable for 90 days from the date balance is received.)NOTE: Online orders are NOT eligible for exchanges. You may return Eve’s Temptation merchandise for a refund or credit and place a new order for the style, color and size of your choice.

We reserve the right to reject a return if the item returned does not meet our requirements. However, you are entitled that your non-refundable merchandise be shipped back to you, at your own cost, within 14 days after being notified.
Unfortunately, we do not process exchanges. You may return for a refund or credit and place a new order for the style, color and size of your choice.
Items marked as FINAL SALE cannot be returned. Nail polish and fragrance are final sale and cannot be returned due to restrictions by the Department of Transportation.
Online: Returns are expected to be received back to us within THIRTY (30) days from receiving your order. Returns outside of this period are accepted at our discretion for credit towards your account balance only.
In-Store: Returns are expected to be received back to us within FOURTEEN (14) days from receiving your order.
RETURNING A GIFT
Returns with a gift receipt will be refunded to your account balance only for the value indicated on the gift receipt. Gift cards cannot be refunded.
